These Terms and Conditions govern use of BetAlpha (betalpha.io), operated by Blackbird Project Co., and the associated BetAlpha SMS Alerts program.
Program name: BetAlpha SMS Alerts
Program description: An automated notification service that delivers text messages to the sole account owner/operator when the BetAlpha quantitative models detect a trigger condition in live sports betting markets. Messages contain game details (teams, score, elapsed time), model identifier, and a link to betalpha.io for additional context. This is a single-recipient internal operational notification system — only the account owner who has configured their own phone number in the application settings receives messages.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically 0 to 20 messages per day depending on model trigger activity during active sports seasons.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all messages sent and received.

Use of BetAlpha is restricted to individuals who are (a) at least 21 years of age and (b) located in jurisdictions where sports betting analytics are legally permitted. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
By entering your mobile phone number in the BetAlpha application Settings and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from BetAlpha at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
BetAlpha is an analytics platform. Information provided — whether in the application, via email, or via SMS — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions and any resulting outcomes.
Sports betting involves financial risk. Users should participate only within their means. If gambling has become a problem, contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org.
BetAlpha makes no guarantees regarding service availability, message delivery timing, or model accuracy. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackbird Project Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of BetAlpha or the BetAlpha SMS Alerts program.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
